What are "Hits"?

What is "Bulk"? 

Bulk cards are the commons, uncommons, reverse commons, uncommons, non-holo rares, holo rares, reverse rares, trainers, energy and code cards. These cards have little to no value in collectibility and are only worth a few cents each.

Can I get the bulk, even if I pay extra?

Unfortunately we do not have the storage space for bulk boxes and do not offer them at this time. Sending bulk also makes your bags heavy, and that means it costs more to ship. We are willing to add a card that you may need for your collection if you state that during the stream. 

What happens if I order while stream is not live?

Any live break packs that are ordered while stream is not live will be opened in the order received on the following stream. No packs will be opened for customers while offline.  

Do I have to pay for shipping each time I purchase cards?

Nope! We offer to hold your bag to save you money on shipping. You only need to pay for shipping once. Select the "hold my bag" option at checkout, and only pay for shipping when you're ready to receive your cards. You can pay for shipping during your last pack purchase, or if you're done buying packs but forgot to select a shipping option, choose the stand alone "Ship My Cards" item on the storefront. 

 

POLICIES 

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations are accepted on sealed product only, and only if order has not been completed or shipped. This means that you may cancel booster pack purchases prior to them being opened on the livestream. Once booster packs are opened, the order may not be cancelled or refunded.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted on cancelled orders only. You may cancel booster pack purchases prior to them being opened on the livestream.

 

Return Policy 

Returns are not accepted on any opened merchandise. 

 

Delivery Policy 

Shipments may take up to 5-7 business days to prepare, depending on how many orders are in line to be shipped. Delivery of packages is to be fulfilled by USPS and arrival time is dependent on the customer's selected shipping speed. Evolve Esports LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

 

Booster Pack Purchases Policy

When you purchase a booster pack from https://evolveesports.com you agree to have your packs opened live, on stream, at www.twitch.tv/perp during the next scheduled live stream, and understand that sealed booster packs will not be sent. By purchasing booster packs from us, you also agree to receiving "Hits Only" (see next section for "Hits Only" description). 

 

Definition of "Hits Only"

Pokemon cards qualifying as "hits" are the valuable/collectible cards including but not limited to: Full Arts, EX, GX, V, VMax, Rainbow Rares, Gold Cards, etc. The seller will keep all commons, uncommons, reverse commons, reverse uncommons, non-holo rares, holo and reverse rares, trainers, energies and code cards. 

 

Booster Box Breaks Policy

Booster Box Breaks will only take place when a full box (36 packs) sells out. The Booster Box Break livestream date will be announced on the sale page shortly after the box sells out. Customers will receive all cards from booster packs including hits, bulk cards and code cards. Your place is line is determined by the purchase date.  Packs will be shuffled after opening the box to give everyone a fair opportunity and avoid any potential box mapping. 

 

Chargeback Policy

A chargeback is the the withdrawal or reversal of an already processed payment. As stated in our Fulfillment policy, refunds will only be given to successfully cancelled orders or returned sealed products. Refunds will not be given on opened merchandise. Any customer who initiates a chargeback against Evolve Esports LLC for completed orders or services rendered will be disputed to the fullest extent. In addition, any customer who files a chargeback, regardless of the reason or the outcome, will be permanently suspended on all of Evolve Esports LLC platforms, including but not limited to, use of this website, Twitch and Discord.

 

Shipping Policy (U.S. & Territories)

Shipments may take up to 5-7 business days to prepare. Evolve Esports LLC ships packages once per week. The shipping list will be printed on Monday evening at store closing. Packages will be prepared on Tuesday and mailed out on Wednesday. We offer two shipping levels through the United States Postal Service. 

 

USPS First-Class Mail Parcel Service 

- Shipped in bubble mailers

- Ideal for smaller orders, accomodating packages up to 8 oz

- Delivery is expected in 3-5 business days after mailing

- Tracking will be provided

 

 

Evolve Esports LLC reserves the right to hold cards or products that exceed the weight limits as described above until additional shipping is paid. 

 

Shipping Policy (International)

Shipments may take up to 5-7 business days to prepare. Evolve Esports LLC ships packages once per week. The shipping list will be printed on Wednesday evening at store closing. Packages will be prepared on Thursday and mailed out on Friday. We offer two shipping levels through the United States Postal Service.

 

USPS First-Class Mail International

- Shipped in a large white flat envelope

- Ideal for smaller orders, accomodating packages up to 7 oz 

- Delivery is expected in 14-21 business days after mailing

- NO tracking

- NO customs forms

 

USPS First-Class Package International Service

- Small orders are shipped in white flat envelopes; large orders will be shipped in boxes

- Ideal for larger international orders as we can effectively ship up to 2 lbs

- Delivery is expected in 15 business days after mailing

- Tracking will be provided

- Customs clearance required (additional taxes/duties to be paid per your country's laws)
